Ipod Touch firmwares can be updated thru Itunes for free... apple doesnt charge you for a firmware update. But If you use Ipod touch for music and movies... do it from Itunes. If you want to "Jail Break" it.... as in if you want to play all hacked softwares/Games in it and add other very cool features to it that apple doesnt offer.... dont update it from Itunes. Just google it... it is very simple and you would get ALL step-bystep guide for newbies easily. PM me if you get stuck anywhere during the update.I'll surely help. ....(i know these stuffs as i do "keedey" in my Iphone all the time... lol. Post Edited By : dante146
