Change Resolution of JAVA Games :

=>here is a simple way to change the screen resolution for s60 device only (not for s40).

first you need some application :
=> X-plore (mobile)
=> Jar BOOM (mobile) Or WinRAR (PC)

FOR MOBILE :
- First unpack jar file using JarBOOM



-Then go to folder "META-INF"



-You will find file name "manifest.mf" in the folder



-Open the file using X-plore (press 8 button)

-Than write there this in the end:

Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: 176,208
Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: 240,320




(this is for convert 176x208 to 240x320)

-Then Save & Exit.

-Pack the jar find using JarBOOM.




-Thats it Play the game in your Resolution


FOR PC :

-This way is same but more easy
You have to open a *.jar file in WinRar and than open file "manifest.mf" from folder
"META-INF".

-Than write there this in the end:

Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: 176,208
Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: 240,320

(Former is original resolution of game and the latter is resolution of your phone.)

Than save and run in a phone


This Type of Converted Games Are Not Working with new size With S40 Device.
But Working with S60 Device.


Note :
if jar file giving error like ' Unvalid Jar File ' it means you have speling mistake.
